It could be tiled, enclosed in floor-to-ceiling glass, have multiple shower heads, and have a bench to relax on as the hot water blankets your body. If you're tired of knocking shampoo and shower gel bottles off those little ledges or scattering them into the floor corners, you might consider adding a couple tiled niches in the walls of the shower.
