At All Coast Design Build Remodel, we offer a complimentary 90‑minute consultation and Lidar mapping to explore your vision, goals, and budget. This meeting helps us answer your questions, concerns, and outline a clear scope of work. You will receive our highly detailed proposal for review. We will then schedule an appointment for you to visit our showroom/design center to review your proposal in person. The proposal is completely customizable to meet your budget and needs.

Our architecture or interior design team will schedule a design visit, either in-house or on-site to start the design process. The design phase includes four meetings: initial vision, initial design and functionality review, design refinement, and final design. Once your design meets your approval you will meet with our interior design team to select all materials in our showroom/design center. All Coast has one of the largest showrooms on the Treasure Coast. There you will find absolutely everything for your project all under one roof.

Once your final design is fine tuned and material selections are exactly to what you want. You will receive your project plans as well as a 3D rendering of your home project. During this time we will also develop solid timelines and submit necessary permits.

This phase can look different depending on your project. For new construction builds this may be when we break ground! For renovating your space this will be demo day! You will continue to work closely with your designer and project manager throughout this phase, having regular on-site meetings, and weekly updates.

You're in the last stage of your project, and we are working diligently to ensure all of the last pieces are coming together for you which includes installing everything you have chosen for your home! We work through the final construction phase and complete your project's punch list.
